Pepperhouse Editorial offers high-quality editing and proofreading in English to BS (British Standard) 5261C (2005), covering material of any type and size from books, reports & research papers to promotional materials and websites.

Mark Radford, who runs Pepperhouse Editorial, is a Professional member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP), and was trained by both the CIEP (at the time, the SfEP) and the Publishing Training Centre (PTC), where he was awarded a Distinction. He has an Honours degree in Biochemistry & Microbiology and a Master’s degree in Computer Studies.

Mark worked on clinical pathology systems for 13 years before joining one of the world’s leading global IT & business consultancies where, over the course of 16 years, he worked in many different countries, sectors and roles, eventually becoming Chief Architect of its UK business.

Having left Capgemini in 2014, Mark spent four years working for The Language Editor, latterly as Managing Consultant Editor, before re-establishing his own editorial consultancy.

Throughout his career, Mark has been recognized repeatedly for his high standards, professionalism and impact.

Pepperhouse Editorial is based in the Scottish Borders.
